Hayoung Kim
Founder & Managing Director
Hayoung Kim is the founder of UrPath LLC, established in 2023 to support student recruitment and provide strategic marketing services to higher education institutions, EdTech companies, and SaaS organizations. With a strong background in both the U.S. and international education markets, Hayoung has held key roles at Coursera, Burning Glass Technologies (Lightcast), Kaplan International, and Navitas USA. Throughout her career, she has consistently driven growth through data-informed marketing strategies, successful global campaigns, and meaningful partnerships across higher education and government sectors. Hayoung holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from Boston University and is fluent in both English and Korean, bringing a global perspective to her work.
